Maybe I’m wrong but this looks like the rear brake line from the master is going to the front line on the proportioning/combination valve. Maybe I’m wrong

The front portion of the master cylinder operates the back brakes. The back of the proportioning valve is the back brake side. So to do it correctly the lines must cross.

I think this is relevant to you with the older style
I believe it will be similar. Basically, I used the OE master cylinder with a combination valve that was probably originally designed for a car from the 70's.

It was a generic valve from summit. I posted the part number on the previous page.
I understand that.

Someone asked where to get one. I replied on where you can get an oem unit.
I personally try not to use aftermarket parts if I can help it.

It's a 1995. RCSB.
Mines a 1991 RCSB and only had the ABS module and valve on the rear brakes. I unplugged it, removed the valve gimmick, and just plumbed the rear brake line right into the proportioning valve where the ABS valve gimmick connected. I did not need an adapter as the line sizes were the same. Some trucks you need an adapter fitting to go from the size of the rear brake line to the size in the proportioning valve.

I'm not so sure that the 1995 is set up the same. It may have 4-wheel ABS, which is completely different.
