I’ve been trying to find this truck again since I first saw it. Found it at Home Depot today. Older gentleman must have seen me take the pic as he was leaving just as I was and gave me a big wave OR maybe he just appreciated another Victory Red GMC.

Use to see a lot of older guys around here, running skirts on trucks. Still see a blue square body once in a while with them.

Not a look that I'm into, but a small part of me, wants to see one slammed with skirts on it.

This young man must’ve been pushing 80 if not older. I wish I would’ve stopped and chatted with him now.

I was thinking the same thing. I remember old guys running the faux wire wheel hubcaps
and skirts back when I was 1/2 my current age? No doubt this proud GMT400 owner is
a superannuated senior. :0)

I wish I would’ve stopped and chatted with him now.

I second the notion. Any time I've spied an older truck in use and stopped to talk with
the owner, I have never been disappointed. Sometimes a colorful character, and always
left the conversation feeling just a bit better about my fellow man.

Guys and gals who drive old trucks on purpose have their ducks in a row and on parade.

Saw these today....
Ex cab long bed 8 lugger, with steelies but NBS style caps. Maybe it's a 99 or 2000? This one was at Whataburger this morning.
Our microwave decided to immolate itself yesterday so we've been eating out more....
Impala SS was at Kroger tonight. Looked pretty sharp.
