My race team has a wrap on the sides and hood of our car, and it stays outside under a car port in Dallas. We haven't had a problem with the wraps lasting. Here's a pic of our car with a new wrap.

So today was the day - tax , title , insurance .....I took it around my neighborhood several times today . 95 degrees out ...it ran 180-185. 50 psi going down the road. The turbo 400 shifts as it should 1-2,2-3. It doesnt have a shift kit in it from the feel (that was an uknown). Brakes are ok and dont pull to one side etc. The 4.10 feels good and the locker is "grabbier" than I imagined - maybe it will loosen up with some miles on it . So I will start taking it out further and further until I get a warm and fuzzy on its reliability etc. It felt good to finally drive it on the road after 3 years :) .

Hells ya!!!!
Excited for you to start getting miles. Good to take it slow and build confidence in it, I did the same.
Tx....I was scarred about 6 years ago ....I just built a hot rodded Camaro convertible I had ...it ran great around the neighborhood ....I then decided to take myself and my 2 young sons out for an inaugural 6 mile loop near my house. About 1/2 way into the drive at dusk we broke down. The stupid oil pressure sending unit went bad , the computer said oh hes got no oil pressure so lets disable the fuel pump so he doesnt ruin his engine lol :( .....I had to call my ex wife to come rescue the boys while I got eaten by mosquitoes waiting for the $125 tow truck lol.....I decided at that point never again , be conservative , keep pushing the driven distance gradually lol.....

Aaargh ...came out this morning to a creek (lol) of greenish tint fluid coming from the driver's rear wheel . At first I thought it was coolant leaking downhill from upfront. This truck sat for many years outside before I bought it so seals rotted never being driven etc . Rear axle seal was blown out. Replaced already and will take her for a spin later. Luckily the seal pounded out pretty easy using the tire iron from the factory spare toolkit. I have heard they can be a bitxx .Rear Axle seal Part number 4762N for a 1989 2wd in pics.

Ya, funny things happen when they sit for years. I'm waiting for more gremlins to show up the more I drive mine.
Yep here's another chasing an intermittent belt squeak ....I heard these gator backs get rid of it on LS's ... We shall see ...."quiet channel technology" lol.
