SiriusXM Roof Mount Antenna Cable Routing?

Has anyone installed one of these?
I have 1993 Suburban and I'd like to mount it on the front center of my roof. Can't mount on the rear because of the spoiler.
I'm concerned about damaging the window trim if I pull it up to run the cable underneath it.

What do you have, a photo would be nice. My xm antenna was just a small pill box I mounted on the center dash area near defrost outlets.

It's probably similar to what you have. I would assume that signal would be affected by the roof if it's mounted on the dash.
