the guy that I bought the taillights from dosent even sell them!!! he wont give me my money back and I don't even get anything for my $90!

Damn man, sorry, i was told by someone on fb they had them, atleast i wont get screwed , truck addons did the same thing to me a couple years ago when i ordered a procomp prerunner bar for the 96 from them, took me 2 months to get the money back for it
