How’d I get inside this tube?!?!
I remember when you could buy a SBC water pump for $30-$50. When we replaced the one on my brothers truck I nearly **** at the $90 bill

RockAuto has a Gates Vortec water pump for $35.
That's weird, all the Gates stuff we get at work is super high quality.I'd probably choose another brand. The Gates I bought for my 454 leaked in a year or two. I changed it twice outside in the winter.
Nothing wrong with a little Ratt stuck in your head! Also, every time I open this thread, the song plays in my head. Not complaining at all.
When @Wh4t3v3rs was posting the pics of the bands at his recent gig, I decided to fill up the 5 CD carousel with those bands for the evening festivities. I'n always looking for a theme so wth. Some of them are regular favorites. I was missing Ratt though. Said something to the wife about not having one... and now we do.Nothing wrong with a little Ratt stuck in your head!

F*ckin love Ratt!Nothing wrong with a little Ratt stuck in your head!
That's fair. Some of the timing belt kits we get from Gates include water pumps, we haven't had problems with those yet, but I figure those are higher quality than the ones sold by themselves. Good to know though.Belts, and hoses sure, but water pumps are newer and I'd guess are just a purchased product that they resell. They seem to resell a lot of stant/motorad stuff.
