Can't find the right 4L60E Inspection Cover!

Yes!!!!! That’s the winner. Are you parting and/or willing to sell it? If not, any chance you can make out a part number.
That was an old friend's I don't have access too anymore. But the cover is the same as mine from what my understanding was. If it's not then that's a learning experience for me...

@SUBURBAN5 Do you happen to have a part number for your flexplate cover? I am having the same issue and would like to obtain the same one you have.
That cover looks the same for my 2wd 4l60e trans

Ok, so the link above did not work. It turned out to be a plastic cover for a 4L60E with the slanted bell housing.

Still trying to hunt down this part and having difficulty. I know you told us you have a 1998 2x4 Suburban with 4L60E automatic transmission. Can you provide the part number for the bellhousing if you cannot see the part number on the flex plate cover? The part number of the bellhousing is typically on the back of the lump where the starter fits into the bellhousing.

If I can get that, I can probably hunt down the flex plate cover part and determine if it will fit my truck.
