sounds like maybe a slave cylinder bore is problematic or maybe the final connection is being limited mechanically by something

There's no clutch fork or slave cylinder anymore, it's a hydraulic throwout bearing.

There is a new steel 1/4" hard line from the clutch master cylinder to the hydraulic throwout bearing, and it has a bleeder line that comes out the side. Hydraulic pressure from the master cylinder pushes fluid into the throwout bearing and it expands, pushing on the clutch fingers and releasing pressure on the clutch disk.

Well not really, even though the 6.0 LQ4 is bone stock, most of the clutch parts are stock replacement.
