Finally brought my other rear end( 3.73 posi) up here to prep to go in too. I took it to work this mornin and whacked all the brackets off with the plasma to save me a lil work.

Truck's looking good, what did the rearend come out of?

1994 chevy G20 conversion van I used to have, only has like 120-130k on it and its the 11" drums. I am pricing everything now to replace all the hardware on them along with new shoes and drums, all rubber brake hoses on the truck, and a new master cylinder while I'm at it.


Its all overcast and crapy today so prob no pics of the tank today :(

Just ordered,

new master cylinder
new rubber brake hoses (front and back)
New rear wheel cylinders
new rear brake hardware kit
new brake shoes
new drums
100' of wire loom and a bunch of Ts for air management clean up
Black carpet to line the tool box
4/0 ring terminals to do my huge 3 upgrade with.

my bank account hates me lol.

Dude I feel you on the bank accnt thing, just ordered 4 new Nitto NT450's.

This month I've spent ~$3,750
Last month I spent ~$4,950
I've got about ~$5,000 left

Well I'm deployed making more money than I should be. And the wife is super helpful with the project. It's really kinda rediculous, but we decided I would build a truck rather than buy one. When I get finished I will have about $20k in the whole thing. But it will be 650 ftlb at the wheels, 6 speed trans, 20-22 MPG's on hwy, and super comfy to ride in.
