So much for the stars aligning. The truck motor is a 50,000 or so mile crate motor. Get a programed 5.0 ecm and swap em. Just damn.

My 5.7 with marine cam is running on the factory 5.0 ecm still :shrug:

I can tell it needs to be tuned but it runs good.

He does. Spent some time with him, he honestly thought it was a 5.7. The motor in my truck will be swapped to the Tahoe. I can get a programmed ecm for around 2 bills. That way i shouldn't have the blasted security issues. He'll come down and help me do the swap and split the cost for the computer.

Hello guys I have a LS swap into my 90 GMC it has a cam so doesn't get the best brake pressure. Anyway would I do a gmt800 brake booster to match the gmt800 power steering pump or go with the gmt400? And can I run my abs with it or just delete it? Thank you

Some days.... I figure take the long job and I'll be happier. Motorman said I stretched out the o-ring. Happy Monday. I did remember to take the trash out.
