Have you gotten the bolts out yet?
If not, this is what it took to get mine out.
You must be registered for see images attach

Cut the head off the bolt, then kept stacking washers to draw the bolt through. Lots of lube and cussing!
I got them out one faught me..
UPDATE ON HOW I DID THIS:
In the likes of this maybe helping someone else I'll post my issue with the Passenger side Shackle bolt.
1. I was able to easily get the "NUT" off..
2. I was able to spin the bolt but seemed the bolt was seized in the sleeve of the bushing and when I tried to turn it (unscrew) from hole... I noticed the whole Leaf was moving with my effort.
3. I used a Diablo Medium Metal blade to cut the head of the bolt off took about 15 minutes.
4. I stacked washers and tried to see if it would back out. But issue number 2 prevented me from using this method.
5. I used the medium metal blade to cut the threaded end of the Bolt off as close as i could to the shackle perch. (FYI: using a new portion of the worn blade went thru the bolt like butter maybe 30-40 seconds)
6. I preloaded the spring just a bit, opened up the perch minimally until the leaf/shackle twisted inside the perch.
7. With a jack stand just a few inches below my jack height i lowered the vehicle until the spring and shackle popped out.
8. had a beer.
