they will work with the factory tbi computer,
Maybe, maybe not - YMMV

the heads are being sent out since it blew a head gasket so they will be gone through and make sure they are good
Will they check spring pressure and rate on them? A roller cam has a higher rate of lift than a flat tappet. Call Summit, or your favorite cam company, and ask them what's required for their particular cam(s).
