1997 Tahoe LT 4X4 Vortec 350 Needs Radiator. Advice?!

Picked up the new radiator and it is indeed a 2 core. Not sure why I thought it was 3. Maybe back then I wanted to put in a 3 core due to the hot summers here and towing equipment.
Anyway all is good. Warranty replacement so can't go wrong there.
Now if the rain would just back off!
