Great work. Damn kiddie pool, why have I never thought about this?!
Prolly cause most of us only have one kiddie pool...and the missus will have your head if it's not available for the kiddies to use... cause YOU got it grungy/nasty working on the truck!!

Thanks man!!! getting really close now, down hill run now!!!
Awesome work so far. She’s gonna be real pretty!
Thank you sir!!! I'm working on getting it there, can't wait till it's on the floor and be able to check the stance out!!!

Got the DS button up, or at least I ran out of parts for that side:p!!!
Almost got the PS done, b4 momma noticed the kiddie pool as was like, WTF mister, you got dinner duty as well as KP duty!!! At least Im not in the dog house:cool:!!! Should have brakes bleed, and down on the ground by tomorrow, and have the bed on as well, don't see any need for the kiddie pool so I ought to be good to go there;)!

I still have to cut the LCA for turning clearance as well on the PS side, repurposing all of the "stock" brackets and a little detailing really clean her up...

What are your plans for a front anti-sway bar?
I was thinking last night about the sway bar, paint it the same color as the upper color on the truck, or just clean it up and scuff sand it and shot it in gloss black, I mean after the drop who's gonna really see it, plus this will be my DD and will be taking abuse from small rocks and what not, I've got Bill Hirsch chassis paint, really good product for frames and suspension parts, I've been using it for 25+yrs on Cadillac resto jobs with great results, I think thats what I'm going with, plus all new bushings and end link kit, just your standard parts there.

I used this kit when I did the front end in my truck. It comes with the sway bar bushings, brackets, and end links and fit great!

Thanks Rich, I was going to order that one, I just went the plain old "stock" look, I've always like that look for some reason, after alls said and done I think it came out really good, I tried to kept with the "as if" the factory had produced a truck with a 4/6 drop option.

Its the work horse for me so to speak, back and forth to work and the weekend errands and what nots... It should serve me well for quit some time...

She's down and looking pretty low, still have the bed rails to cut for the notch, cut the one for the rear end, bleed the brakes, really can't see where I'm at on those until I get the tranny back in and that button up, but over all looking pretty darn good!!!

Bought the door panels from EUG thats a member here, his packing of them was second to none and the shipping of them was awesome not one thing wrong with the box they came in!!! I'll post some photos of that when I get ready to remove the ones I bought that are NOT oem, should've never bought them, all plastic and are the worst product I have ever bought, oh well live an learn, there's nothing like factory when replacing interior parts, and we know how thats going trying to find good parts worth replacing the old ones!!! Big shout out to evilunclegrimance for selling them to me and the time to package them up better than Macys and get them out the door!!! and they're damn near in perfect condition 9.5 out of 10 on them!!! Thank you!!!

Now for some pics of 4/6 drop almost completed...

My brackets for the sway bar are in great shape as well as the bolts to hold them on, so I just cleaned them up, a little rattle can magic, installed new rubber and went with a standard no frills end link kit from NAPA, gotta get a pic of that..
