Hey all I was thinking about swapping vortec efi on my squarebody. I figure I can get a harness out of a running truck with computer and trans. My goal is stock performance and towability. It's a 1974 chevy c20. Vortec would be a little more budget friendly then an ls imo just because of mounts, adapters, etc. and how expensive crate motors or even low mile donors are for ls stuff. I'm wondering who would be able to tune the computer with no emissions and a 4l80/4l60e trans and has anyone done this?
