Fairly certain that is why, it broke off into one piece and I found itI looked at the pictures; it appears to be a plastic tank, yes?
Where are the remains of that fitting now? In the tank, or did you find them in the hose?
What caused the fitting to break? The worm-drive clamp fractured the plastic into pieces?

My only concern is it's a 16 lbs. Cap not 15 lbs.I really liked the safety-lever rad caps...until I figured out that they weren't pressurizing the cooling system.
I still don't know why they weren't working for me.
I didn't get it, I'll need to because it's definitely smaller than the radiator, but it went back togetherMake sure to get the fan shroud that came with your replacement radiator. I did not read the entire thread so if this was covered ignore.
