for starters, they take the most up to date version of the gm tune.... that is huge if your truck has never been reflashed since the factory. Then they adjust the fuel delivery, trans pressure and stuff, get rid of the torque management and crap. Worth every penny

Yes a hard tune will make it drive like a different truck, you can't go wrong, you can also have the evap system turned off if you so desire. You will like it!

yeah there is alot more involved in a tune that will benefit you than just deleting the rear O2's. you'll most likely gain a decent amount of peformance, and possibly some fuel mileage at the same time.
