How to wire electric fans

I have bought aftermarket dual efans and im stuck on where to put my temperature switch on my 89 silverado. Im using this wiring harness for it

You are about to get a bunch of replies on why not to use electric fans, so prepare! They are really just trying to help but come across grumpy! If you run into cooling problems it because electric fans just can't move air like a clutch fan.
