I am rebuilding the front end on my 95 k2500 and i got lower control arms off of a 97 k3500 which are cast instead of stamped. Any recommendations for bushings?

Bushings for the forged arms have been fought-over for years on this forum.

Originally, it seemed like the bushings were the same for all three styles of lower control arms. The forged arms didn't use the steel outer shell, but the bushing insert and inner sleeve were the same across all the lower arms.

Later on, somebody who's identity I don't remember decided that the bushings that fit the other two styles of control arm, were just a bit too small to be optimum for the forged arms. They suggested bushings for a Hummer (H2?).

Anyway, this has been covered many times, and a search of prior threads will reveal the answer.
