So what is the resistance of the sensor? And if you have continuity truly on both wires to the PCM, then you have a failed sensor most likely

There is one other posibility and its a short to power of 5v on the signal wire. But before we assume that, lets get the resistance on a cold sensor :)

That looks normal..ish...what's temp outside where you're located
Try the 20k setting..
and the 2k just to be sure it overloads
