Best deep muffler for 5.7

Looking for mufflers on a 5.7 that are deep and have little to no (preferably no) drone. I saw Thrush Welded chambered, Flowmaster 40 (but I hear they have a droning problem). Is there a good option fitting my list?

Magnaflows get good reviews. No first had experience but I have had flowmaster 40s and glasspacks. those are not what your looking for. I would try magnaflows if it were my money

What year/configuration of pickup/suv?

If still running cats the Dynomax Ultraflow 17233 (20" case, 3" I/O) will give you a nice deep tone with no drone.

Tips will give you a deep tone, not always the muffler. I think I ran thrush mufflers on an old truck I had with home made 5" tips and was incredibly deep tone. It was loud too...

My vote goes for the Dynomax Ultraflo Welded 17221, a bit shorter that the 17223. It has that classic "bark" when the truck starts, along with that nice glasspack rumble. IMO a single 3" exhaust with this muffler just has that "OBS sound"

I've never been a fan of Flowmasters. Catchy name and fancy box is about all they have going for them.

Borla is another great option. They make a muffler specifically for the 350 Chevy engine.
