Well, I've decided to replace the hubs

Caman96, the quickest I could get here in rural VT was through Amazon prime, a brand called Autoround. I hope they are round. I would have ordered their Detroit Axle brand for preference, but they wouldn't arrive until after the 16th, and my inspection appointment is the 16th.

I had to order a 170 ftpd torque wrench and an 35 mm impact socket, too, because I don't have those. This is becoming an expensive little sensor to replace. Oh well.
