Just set your pressure a little higher than stock, leave the VE tables alone until you can run some logs. If your higher MAP and RPMs run out of fuel on the WBO2, add some more pressure until that's good. Then worry about fine tuning.
I'm running 14.5 psi now, that's all I can get without the spring seat coming off the end of the adjuster screw. Should be plenty for this wore out 305 and may be enough for the 80 pounders in the 454 TB. I'll just swap my pod onto the 2" TB and install the 80 pounders in it for a starting point on the 355. Another way to increase fuel across the board is to increase the BPW. I really don't expect to max out those big injectors on a street small block.

I don't think so since your mask is reading directly from the sensors then interpenetrating them based on the .bin but, the data is always there.
You can datalog WB if you hook the output wire from the WB controller to the linear EGR pintle position input on the ECM but if I turn off the EGR will it also turn off that input?
At least this is the way I see this stuff, maybe @L31MaxExpress will have something to add or change...
Uh yeah, I bet he may knows more about this mask.

Yeah, you can adjust BPW to help keep your VE table max ~85. Mine is over 90 right now. I did have the injectors running over 100% one time until I got the AFR more under control, LOL

Well I did it,the 7427 is in there. It fired up but I had to mash the gas a little and it's surging about 25 RPM's at about 1050 RPM's and it's not raising the idle when you drop it in gear or when you turn the A/C on. Acting like an IAC issue. No SES light! I'll plug the laptop into it here in a few minutes and see what it says.
I made that pseudo Ostrich ribbon cable to mount the PROM to the inside of my glovebox. Do I need to disconnect the battery when making chip changes?

Not really, I've done it both ways but, some say you should. In order to change the BCC I have to disconnect the ECM connectors so, in essence, I'm disconnecting the power to it anyway. In your setup, you can swap it without disconnecting, right?

Or, change your parameters in the .bin to adjust your idle.

Yeah,I didn't touch any of that when setting initial parameters. I changed cyl. volume and injector flow rate for the 55 pounders. Set EGR to open at 255mph,set RPM fuel cut at 6200 and speed cut at 255mph. I increased spark timing 2deg across the board. I did uncheck some flags for 4L60-E

This may help too. When it goes into gear or A/C comes on, I have it jump 5 steps to get ahead of the drag. Then I have A/C on set to zero so I don't get the surging when it comes on and goes off. I'm also idling ~850 RPM - it's happiest there.
