Not factory, though. Suburbans, Tahoes, pick-ups, 3500's all had sway bars as an option. 88-99 factory ones, all could be made to fit. If you don't have one now, then you won't have the integral mounts on the bottom of the lower shock mounts. I used all the mounts off the donor, but had to use 3" HD, Xtra long U-bolts to mount the bar to rear end housing. They go between the shock mount brackets on the housing. If you do get one from the wreckers, make sure to get the nuts & bolts for the frame mounts. The nuts are specific, & make tightening up that bracket so much easier.
