Went from crappy pneumatic impact to good battery powered one, over tightened the crush sleeve:(

Fuel tank ready to go back in

The fuel line connections arent exactly hose barb like i thought, anyone adapt something to these plastic connections to eliminate the quick connects

This was a fun puzzle to put back together after a year, still need to sew the string back, was really annoying having to undo the thread to take this apart to get it painted

Complete 4.56 regear finished, getting those last 5-10inlbs of torque on the pinion out of a 700 ftlbs wrench is not the easiest. Brakes are next. i plan on doing one side, work out all my screw ups then film the second, havent found any gmt800 disk swap videos out there.

I had to use the shim pack with my yukon carrirer, factory shin was too big. Did you encounter the same

The start the the journey, will be redoing the interior and electronics first.

Current to do list

Color change interior to black
New sony xav-ax5600
Forward and reverse camera
Replace dashboard
Reupholster seats to black
Add DIC to overhead console
Add steering wheel radio control
Replace steering wheel
Replace multifunction switch
Replace passenger hvac vents(smell good things had been melted to them)

Make new Sun visors, every replacement option looks like crap
Replace fuel gauge air core motor
Replace IC needles
Big 3 upgrade
HI 4 mod
replace Z71 decal with correct generation decal
replace door panels with black coverlay replacement, ordered
replace interior door handle and trim, chrome, ordered
replace tail and third brake light, smoked lens, RZ lights, orderd
install 130mph IC, ordered

Caliper is only a mock up, brake lines will get cleaned up once i know where everything will be
