Nothing to exciting in this pic... I'll paint the tie rod assembly after the front end alinement is done, think I will use 3M rubberized under coating in the front fender wells and call it good! I'll do the same for the bed, can't believe the factory didn't do any sort of "splash" guard in the wheel wells for the bed like Ford did, ooops!! Theres a 4 letter word that might get censored!!!

Should be able to make the last 2 cuts on the bed rails after work and then set the bed on the truck and see how it fits and bolt it down!!

Beds on and its down in the weeds!

Still have to cut down the rear end vent tube and attach it to a bed rail or another location with the stock holder...

Tranny has been rebuilt and waiting for me to pick it up and get that installed, bleed brakes again, take it for a shake down and then head to the alinement shop.

Then do a color match on the rear bumper, as well as the wheels, then do a pinstripe.

Thanks guys for the comments!! I really do appreciate it!! I've always wanted one dropped like this, it went really smooth too, a few hiccups, but nothing like dropping the older caddys I do!!

Yeah I was a little concerned about the stance, but when it settles in, I think it will be right where its at now, I'm old school and I like the slight rake it has, I'm hoping the front springs won't drop to much more, probably take years for any metal fatigue to set in...

Thank you HWB!!! Yes, the big GMC (2017) 3500 HD Denali aka Big G and the 95 GMC the one that just got lowered, aka Little G, sit in pretty good company with the Caddy, thats the Momma!!!!! She's a 62 convertible, with its original rebuilt 390 V-8, with a retro fitted 700R4 tranny, stock rear end, disc brakes on all for corners, she wears the same colors as when it left the factory, Ebony exterior paint white top and interior, fully bagged, and at some time the Holley sniper fuel injection will get installed, last thing to bring her truly into the modern era of driving.

So without further ado, here is Livie... She's been feeling a little neglected with all the work that has been done to the 95!!!
