2wd obs 5 lug to 8 lug swap

from my experience in my 8 lug Yukon. the upper control arms are confirmed to have a different width. I'm attempting to swap just the ball joints in the upper arms and hoping it works out. my application is a 4x4 so that may have an effect on things.

I have done a swap and I've run into some small problems. I still have a lot of work to do. but I've taken the 6 lug spindles and cv axles (working on doing the front Diffendal) currently sitting on 8 lug wheels and it will roll. The front axle nuts are torqued to spec according to the 2500...
