Yeah, I think I origianlly misunderstood what engine/vehicle the dirty dingo adapter bracket would work with. My solution was to add washers to act as spacers. This is the result.

On a typical R12 GM. Suction is a #10. Compressor discharge is a #8. Liquid is a #6.

The accumulator suction connection is a #10 female o'ring. Condenser at discharge hose is a #8 female o'ring.

1-1/16" is the hex fitting size for a backup wrench and not sure why they are listing that rather than the outlet thread size.
So I got out my micrometer and measured the condenser outlet and the accumulator outlet.

Condenser outlet inner diameter 8 mm... outer diameter 3/4" w/ 16tpi

Accumulator outlet inner diameter 17mm... outer diameter 1 1/16" w/ 14tpi.

Also, the accumulator outlet appears to have internal threads on the inside portion of the outlet.

Any ideas what those are for?

Perhaps used during manufacturing of the unit. I cannot say that I have seen one that is threaded, but never looked that closely. I try to minimize the time the desicant is exposed to air.

OK, I didn't know if it needed some sort of specialty fitting that screws into the inside. I only had the cap off to measure, everything is sealed up.

That's how it came in the box from Sanden. I ordered it directly from their website. I have not hooked up any electrical yet.
Mine had one too, just to prevent the wiring from getting damaged in packaging I am sure.
The compressor is mounted and a belt on it. Looks ready to go to me.

So I got the hoses and switches installed and wired up. The system is now completely assembled. I just need to add refrigerant.

For the hoses, I went to coldhose.com.
For the suction hose I ordered this:

I ordered at 1 PM on Wednesday, it was shipped out by 3:30 PM on Wednesday and I received it on Saturday through the US mail. Florida to New York. Could not be happier.

O-rings have all been oiled. The sanden 4711 compressor came prefilled with 4.5 ounces of oil, I added 2oz to the condenser and 1oz to the accumulator. I'll be able to charge the system the middle of this coming week and after the switches are operating as they should and there are no leaks, i'll tuck those wires away. Thank you for everybody's help so far!
