I'm Awesome
Dropped off my arms this morning to get the ball joints and bushings pressed back in.

I am like you, I have to work out in the driveway. Nothing worse than getting set up and the weather changes, and mines my daily driver so I have to have it back together by the end if the day so I can use it.If this dang hurricane takes the truck I’m going with it!!

Jk lol. We should just be getting the rain from it. But watching that spiral on radar hit springfield and the eye edging towards us was pretty eerie lol.
I Wanted to take my battery tray off and clean/paint it because it’s rusted to the point of minor flaking. But god forbids today. I took it off and then got drenched pretty bad.
Damn dude that would suck. That’s something I’m really lucky and grateful for, that I am able to just work at my own pace and do it all properly.I am like you, I have to work out in the driveway. No worries! I don’t take offense to anything often. Even if I didn’t put them on the right side, I tried both on both sides. I’ve swapped them around every different way possible and the upper arms do the same thing every time. It’s really messing with me.This is going to sound condescending, but it is not meant that way - are they on the right side? The lowers should be easy to sort. The steering stop should be closer to the firewall.
The top, use old photos as a reference.
Now - no you are not doing something wrong. They are a PITA to put back in. I struggled with mine. I used a floor jack to press them into place. When I got the front in somewhat square I would throw a long punch through the bolt holes and work on the second bushing. The uppers I had to use a hammer to put in place.
