Thanks for all your help and explaining how much welding I would need. I’m going to get a new door. I found one local for $100 with glass. I’m planning on getting two new doors because I’m assuming both are the same.
That's a good price if it's in good shape. Was at a yard up here a while back and they wanted $350 for a shell.....no window or door card.

I had the same problem with my door. Went to a wrecking yard in Grand Junction paid $100.00. It came with everything but interior door panel. Sanded it down and no bondo on it. I took one of those flexible refrigerator magnets with me. Found a good one.

Oh ya....make sure to get the same generation of door if you can.
88-94 as the interior structure changed a bit on the 95+.
And as @Scooterwrench mentioned, do pins and bushings while your at it.
Just DON'T buy Dorman ones or you will be changing them every time you change your oil! Lol
