No experience with the double din bezels, but the review photos on Amazon do sort of match that overlap that you’re seeing on the a/c dials.
As for the a/c clips, I was wondering if they were busted and the panel was wobbling around making it uneven looking. Congrats on having one that has intact clips, mine gave up the ghost a long time ago so you have to kind of hold it all in place when putting the bezel back on.
