Top of dash only removal

Is it possible to remove just the top of the dash while leaving the lower portion in place? There is a picture of a dash that has been separated for sale online.

I have two trucks. One is a keeper but the dash is bad. The other is junk but has a mint dash. I really don’t want to take two complete dashes out if I can avoid it. Work smarter not harder!

Unless your referring to a gmt800 then maybe yes. As far at gmt400. 99% sure it's a no.

The one in the picture is a 99-06. Our dashes are one piece.

Personally I did dash skin. Then ima put dash cover lol. I'm too cheap to buy another dash and I'm too lazy to remove all that crap
