Hello new here but have used gmt 400 for years. Here's my issue. 99 k1500 suburban LS 4X4 5.7 vortec 283k miles but very clean and runs crazy smooth. My 4wd is not working. I currently have the front shaft out.
I have replaced the following:
-T case motor
-Tccm
-Front actuator
-Selection switch.
T case motor is off and I don't know witch position of the shift-shaft is witch. I'm pretty sure I can find neutral, because I'm able to gently rock the truck back and forth from the underside. I think I need yet another t case motor because it's off and now unresponsive didn't go into 4lo just 4hi and auto or it just tries to shift twice back to 2hi and stays in 4wd. I'm so confused what else can I do?
It also blew a fuse for t case 2 times I put a 30 amp fuse and a new tccm in and no blown fuse but unfortunately no success shifting back to 2hi
