I use for a Trailblazer and it has the same fan bolt pattern as the Duramax 9 bladed fan and the same M30 thread as the Vortec water pump. I also have a P59 in the van that has the PCM code to run said fan clutch. Even without that coding it could still be switched on and off with a relay.

Do you have part numbers for that clutch and fan? Looks like a great idea to improve A/C performance at idle.
