@scott2093, that's another valid choice for your SBC. SN-rated, and you can't
beat the $4.50/QT price for a name brand semi-synthetic oil these days. (!)

Looking forward to seeing the oil pressure difference on your mechanical
oil pressure gauge. If it makes the difference I'm expecting, then it will
be valuable info for others trying to stretch out the lifespan of their
powerplants. (Aren't we all? :0)

Me too..
Already put the STP in but haven't had a chance to put it to test since truck is getting some attention in the flexplate area and I've been getting the Saturn up to par to step in to it's shoes while it's down...
Hopefully start to get the transmission pulled this weekend....
