Lt4 or lt5 Cam ? In 383 l31 stroker

Should I use a lt4 or lt5 Cam in my stroked l31 383

I typically use a custom ground cam that takes into account the following factors:

Weight of the vehicle
Use of the vehicle
Axle gear ratio
Trans ratios
Torque converter stall speed
Tires
Rpm range
Engine size
Cylinder head flow numbers
Type of injection
Etc.
