Is there supposed to be a screw on mpfi fuel pressure regulator?

I could have sworn my 1996 mpfi fuel pressure regulator had a torqx head screw on the end of it. Looking at it this morning, there's none to be found. The part number for the regulator is 2822957.
I went to O'Reilly's, but their regulator was different than mine. It did not have a screw though.
Just trying to make sure everything is correct before putting it back together.
