Glue came today and I’m going to call it a BUST! Was impossible to lay material on it without a few wrinkles. :nono:
Basically just tossed it aside, not sure it’s salvageable or not cause i decided I wanted to salvage the rest of my Sunday evening.
This picture is from a website showing the flat insulator installed. Because the hood is concave, installing a flat part, you will get this crease. Looks like a$$!

Can you use steam or a hot rag on the material? That might make it easier to maneuver the material around without having a ton of wrinkles.
Not sure how steamed or wet contact cement would hold up.
