that is interesting only had one rear door apart to replace the inside handle did not really look to see what was or was not there since it is a cheyenne with manual winds manual locks and rubber/vinyl floor I do not think any thing is there
well let me help with some visuals... crew cab SLE with pw/pl

naked rear door with connector for speaker (bottom 2-wire tan/white), and both sides of the panel

That looks like the same back seat that's in my crewcab

So that's what it looks like w/o stuff on it LoL!
In all fairness, moving from a Burb to a pickup did require some adjustments! I have a toolbox on the floor behind the driver's seat, and usually some stuff (mostly bottles of fluids and such) is on top of it. I just got a collapsible plastic box to sit on the seat and corral satchels and other things on the seat, and I've kept bath towels on the seats because they are in really good shape (and I want to keep them that way). Then when we go to a toy show, I have some things temporarily out of the seat so I can put boxes and trays of merchandise there.

Interesting, that the wires are there for the speaker, but since the rear speakers are in the C pillar, they're not in the doors. The Burb rear speakers that approximate the C pillar units in a pickup, are above the gate glass or barn doors. 4x10s, I took some out of an Escalade that were in that location, but smaller, round with adapter plates to mount in the rectangular hole.
Maybe when the basic door internals were assembled at the factory, they don't know then whether that door is going in a crew cab or a Burb, or the harness is the same for both?

the big question what are the odds that a crew cab or suburban for that matter has at the very least speaker holes in the door shell on manual windows manual lock model I have no intentions of pulling a door apart just to see because it really dose not matter that much just curious next time a door will come apart is when one breaks again i guess I will find out then

Whenever I get around to replacing the lock actuators on Rawhide's rear doors(actually all 4 are original and worn out, but the passenger side, they're frozen) I suppose we'll all find out! Only time I've had a rear door open, was on Burb, when I swapped the door that got caved in when a dumb b***h backed into it, was to change the panel. Old burb had tan interior, current one has gray. At least I have a tan interior 4 door to use up a few parts I have left....

I think you will most likely have the holes and wire harness since you silverado trim if the pictures that @Keeper are any thing to go by any way

Like I said, we'll find out!
Almost be easier, to just swap Burb doors in.... cause I'd have to make big holes, mounting holes, and open up the fake speaker grille....ugh.

Here's a 95(by the dash and interior, but it has the earlier grille) K2500 Burb that was at the "Houston" stop on the Hot Wheels Legends Tour this year. Not much in the way of trucks there, that I like, mostly late models and imports. And a nice C10 that was the sharpest truck there.
