cluster

[the big blue bus]

i got the cluster out of a 95 chevy truck in junkyard that has the red starting at 5000 rpm and goes to 6000 rpm. should this cluster just swap in place of my current one that goes to 5k? what do i do about the odometer? and i think im goning to clear the needles and put the blue leds in it while i have it on the work bench. will anything be funny since this has tach that goes to 6k rpm?
