Go old school - if you can find them.Looking for mufflers on a 5.7 that are deep and have little to no (preferably no) drone. I saw Thrush Welded chambered, Flowmaster 40 (but I hear they have a droning problem). Is there a good option fitting my list?

I believe that a cross pipe (H or X) also contributes to scavenging.The only opportunity to scavenge the exhaust is the long tube headers. After the headers there is zero opportunity to scavenge exhaust
