Belt tensioner rattle

Got the new GM tensioner...Yeah there is no angle on it anywhere... Hmm..
Pretty sure all my pulleys are true... Maybe one of my previous swaps of the balancer didn't go right or the Amazon GM part is just goofy...
Was reading somewhere that factory rejects find a home there but who knows....
will see if this cures my random rattle when ac is on.... Can't hurt I'm sure....

so the tensioner still gets jumpy when ac clutch is on.... steady when not.....

Clutch is a little noisy.... This AC Delco replacement compressor clutch has been a bit on the noisy side since the install...
So it's not good that the tensioner gets a little jumpy when ac is on right?
Where should I be looking? Why would clutch make belt tensioner oscillate?

one thing I noticed too was the center section looks different between the New one I just got and the one that's a few months old... Wonder if it's been wearing like this or it's from factory that way...My original that was on before these 2, seems centered like the newest one from today....

weird that it looks like the back has a small difference between them?Maybe an optical illusion....Can't imagine they'd both be the same and from Canada and be made different?? may have to go peek to be sure

would stink to get a new defective one... This one came from Autozone delivered...
