I am in the process of building an awd 97 k1500 similar to the red tide project of LT Tolman. I got a BW 4481 awd transfer from a friend but it has a 27 spline input and my NV3500 has a 32 spline output.
After a lot of research it seems that the 32 input shaft of a BW4485 will fit but no one can say for sure. If thats the case it will be an easy fix.
I live in Namibia, so to import the correct part is of utmost importance.
Can someone please advise.
