Ac diagnosis

Hey guys I got a 1997 gmc c1500 with the 5.7 and I got all new ac components under the hood, so far it’s holding vacuum but the compressor isn’t kicking on.. I’m not getting any voltage to the low or high said and the controls don’t light up but I am able to jump the relay to make the compressor cycle

Yea ac fuse is good not getting signal to relay or high n low switches
