I have a 1998 K1500 Gmc and the AC is blowing but the only problem is that it’s only blowing on the passenger side and at the passenger feet. I’m thinking it’s the actuator but i’m not 100% sure. Has anyone had this issue and if so how’d you fix it?

Sure sounds like an actuator but....as @GoToGuy said, where are the settings at when this happens and does it matter at all depending on the settings. Could have no actuator problem but maybe a blend door hung up. May not be getting signal to the actuator and replacing 10 of them will not fix it.
