If your sure the battery is good, and the starter is good. Are getting full voltage to starter purple (?) wire to initiate start sequence? The sitting long term can have an effect on battery cables. You had a loose one? Have peeled back covers inspect for corrosion under plastic cover wire cover?
Check intermittent starter switch?

Just an update, cleaned up the positive cable end at the battery…. It was pretty green in there. Shined it up and now getting a solid crank and start. Thanks to everyone for chiming in…. The help was greatly appreciated.

Info for the future, do you know what was happening there? It is a great lesson about basics. Not trying to needle you but everything you can learn, can save you a bunch of frustration at a later date.
