Orange cat probably has worms and other parasites, common if they live outdoors and eat mice and other stuff. Take him to the vet and get him fixed up every now and then.
For the others in the assdragging trucks.. they don't have any excuse, except for possibly eating too much lead paint and drinking heavily flouridated water during their formative years.
