Back from vacation and back to getting this truck fixed.
I removed the new harmonic balancer and installed the old one, nothing wrong with the old one, and the vibration at around 1500 rpm is still present. Removed the old one and reinstalled the new one, same vibration. I have a brand new pmd, plugged it directly to the pump, bypassing the relocation plug, same vibration.
I'm wondering if it could be the torque converter? Anyone have any input or familiar with transmissions? It would be the 4l80e. Transmission and torque converter rebuilt with 30,000 km on it.
