Another consideration is rob_z71 said:

“things ive replaced (dont worry i returned everything because it didnt fix the problem):
front diff actuator, transfer case encoder motor, push button on dash, and transfer case control module”
We don’t know if he tried used and or cheap Chinese parts.

4hi is NOT working.... Push the button and nothing... Yes harness is good, like I said everything works perfectly fine after battery is disconnected for a bit but only for a short time

You're saying 4hi is acting like the transfer case is in neutral? Truck won't move forward or backward?

This might be a stupid question but when it goes into 4-lo are you 100% sure you actually have power to the front wheels? The t-case will still shift down to low even if the actuator never engaged. This might make you think that 4-lo works and 4-hi doesn't when in reality neither is working. You can test the actuator by pulling it out of the diff but leaving it plugged in, then hit the button and see if it extends. If not, you narrowed your wiring problem down considerably.
Would this test work with a floor shift np241c transfer case?
