Since the 4drs have the rear sway bar setup. Can this be swapped over to a 2 dr tahoe? Thanks

FWIW, on the Suburban and likely Tahoe the OE bar mounts to the axle with brackets that are integral to the shock mount. Your 2dr may not have those brackets as-is. See here:

As for how it mounts to the frame rails, I don't have a picture.

If my Suburban was nearby I would post pictures.

I actually have a 8.5" 3.73 rear w/ 11" brakes and sway bar, complete, sitting in the shop if you're ever through northern IL.

Think just need to drill 2 holes per side in the frame, bolt the mount on, then on the axle. Dunno if the 2 doors have the mount on the axle or not.

Here are some pictures of an 8.5” rear with the swaybar.

The sway bar has been unbolted from the axle and is just sitting on top of it. In operation, it bolts to the underside.

Here are pictures of the corresponding brackets that bolt to the frame rails.

If you look at the pictures closely, you can see that everything is complete with the exception of a few bolts, which are not pictured.

For comparison, here is a an axle that does not provide the sway bar mounting points on the shock mounting brackets. This happens to be a 9.5”

Here is a picture of both axles, for reference.

Again, the swaybar bolts to the underside of the axle. I just happen to have it lying on the top side, detached.

Here’s how the OE rear bar looks on my Suburban.

The diameter appears to be 21 mm, shy of .875”.

For the record, the OE front sway bar is 31 mm, just shy of 1.25”

Pictured is the bracket on the frame on the passenger side. The driver side is similar.

Both of those brackets are towards the front of the vehicle, in front of the axle.
